DocTable for Business
Bulk document OCR for teams — to Excel, Word or CSV
Invoices, bank statements, receipts, customs and shipping forms: upload a batch, get clean spreadsheets back. No templates, no per-vendor setup, and it reads Persian and Arabic documents that general converters get wrong.

Built for batches
Drop a folder of files at once. Pages that belong to the same document are grouped into one output, so a batch of fifty invoices comes back as fifty spreadsheets, not one file per page. Line items that run across pages are appended to the same table, and repeated header rows are recognised instead of imported as data.
API access
For automated or high-volume pipelines there is a REST endpoint: send a file as a multipart upload and get structured JSON back, or an Excel, Word or CSV file. API usage is billed in the same page credits as the web app. See the API docs; self-serve keys are available after your first purchase. The same key works with the DocTable MCP server, so ChatGPT, Claude or Cursor can read documents through DocTable directly. Questions or higher volume? Email [email protected] with what you process and roughly how many pages a month.
Security and compliance
The full path a document takes, how long each copy lives and the list of sub-processors are published on the security page. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, and we will review your own DPA rather than insisting on ours.
Limits, stated plainly
- Files up to 15 MB; PDFs are processed up to 5 pages per file — split longer PDFs or upload several files
- Accuracy depends mostly on the source: clean prints read reliably, while faint, skewed or blurry scans and handwriting cause errors. Review amounts and totals before posting them
- Payment is by PayPal

How much does bulk OCR cost on DocTable?
The Business pack is $99 for 2,800 pages, one-time, with no subscription or contract. One credit is one OCR'd page, and downloading results is free.
Is there an API?
Yes. A REST endpoint accepts a file upload and returns structured JSON or an Excel, Word or CSV file. After your first purchase you can create an API key yourself at https://doctable.online/developers; it also works with the DocTable MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor.
Can you sign a Data Processing Agreement?
Yes. A DPA is available on request, and we will review your own DPA rather than insisting on ours. The data path and sub-processor list are published on the security page.
Does it work on Persian and Arabic documents?
Yes. Persian, Arabic and mixed-script documents (for example Arabic alongside English) are read by the same pipeline as Latin-only ones, with no templates or per-language setup.
Are there limits per file?
Each file can be up to 15 MB, and a PDF is processed up to 5 pages per file. Upload many files at once; pages of the same document are grouped into one output file.
