What is DocTable?
Web app: images/PDF → Excel/Word with AI OCR; CSV/Excel parsed locally.
Free PDF to Excel?
Yes for your first pages. Your first 3 pages are free — scan and download, no card needed. After that, $3 buys 20 pages (one-time, no subscription). Your very first page can even be scanned without an account — sign in only to download it.
Document storage?
No permanent archive. Temporary processing; third-party OCR. See Privacy.
UI languages?
en, fa, ar, zh, es, hi, de, fr, ja, ko.
OCR model?
One AI vision model reads every document language; the UI language never changes it.
Bank statements?
Yes — always verify numbers.
CSV/Excel upload?
Parsed locally without vision OCR.
Credits?
One credit is one OCR'd page. Packs are one-time: Starter $3 / 20 pages, Basic $9 / 200, Pro $19 / 450, Plus $49 / 1,300, Business $99 / 2,800. PDFs up to 500 pages per file; each page uses 1 credit.
